Alta Vista Uplight Floor Lamp – Glacier

Our take on a 1960’s Danish style uplight.

Made from solid walnut with brass details and glossy white stoneware, this floor lamp has a stunning sculptural shape. Finished with a fabric wrapped cord to color match the walnut and ceramic, this lamp is made entirely by hand in our Colorado studio. Each walnut fin is planed and beveled by hand. The ceramic is thrown and trimmed on the wheel. The diffuser for the light is made using Japanese rice paper and a custom walnut holder that is turned by hand on the lathe. They are designed to emit a warm glow, and are ideal in a reading corner, next to a lounge chair, or anywhere else that needs some accent lighting.
